Jordan Williams Signs With Poland

With the NBA lockout still going strong with no sight in end, NBA players are finding places overseas to weather out the storm back in the United States.  The latest player to make the transition is second - round pick Jordan Williams, a former New Jersey Net.  Jordan's agent made the announcement over the weekend on Twitter that he will be playing for the Polish team Zastal Zielona Gora .  This decision will make Williams the forth Net to go this route during the lockout.  Deron Williams is Read more [...]

The NBA’s J.R. Smith And Andrei Kirilenko Injured Playing Overseas

Some NBA players that have opted to go oversees during the 2011 - 2012 basketball lockout aren't finding it to be an easy transition.  NBA players J.R. Smith and Andrei Kirilenko both suffered nasty injuries during games during the weekend leaving one with an unclear future back in the United States. NBA Lockout News – Disclaimer Of Interest Fiasco

The NBA lockout is still going strong with the cold hard realization that the 2011-2012 season is officially in jeopardy of being cancelled. The National Basketball Players Association ended the latest meeting with the NBA owners on Monday with a "disclaimer of interest" and explaining that the recent collective bargaining agreements are going nowhere.
